Greek creative cuisine

The term Greek creative cuisine should be something undefined.

Perhaps, because the concept of creativity is something special for each person, for each creator and by extension, for each chef. Thus, Greek creative cuisine for us is a fresh look at Greek raw materials or a new version of a recipe that we grew up with but now we can find it "paired" with other cuisines or completely acquired different dimension.
