Our Chef, Ilias Sitinas, was born and raised in Athens. From a very young age he knew what he really wanted to do in life, and after graduating from high school he started his studies at IEK Le monde in 2004.

In 2006 he graduated, but continued his studies through seminars, alongside his daily work as a chef.

Since 2008, he has held leading positions in well-known restaurants and hotels in Athens as well as in various islands.

Throughout his career, he counts dozens of collaborations with restaurants and caterings throughout Greece (in Paros, Antiparos, Santorini) and abroad (Dubai) where he signs the menus.

Since 2018, he has been working as a head chef in the German embassy in Greece, while he is also a member of <<Chefs des ambassades>>.

His favorite cuisines are creative Greek, Italian and Asian.

He loves to travel for gastronomy, he has a “weakness”, which is his love for his 6 dogs, while his life motto is "Everything will be fine in the end, if it's not fine, it's not the end".
